Paul McCartney Debuts Two New Songs
With the October 15 release date of Paul McCartney’s New inching ever closer, the former Beatle has begun debuting tracks from the forthcoming album during his live appearances. On Saturday, September 21, McCartney unveiled “Everybody Out There” and “Save Us” during his performance at iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas, and Sir Paul played the songs again last night, during a free outdoor concert for Jimmy Kimmel Live that shut down Hollywood Boulevard for hours.
Both “Everybody Out There” and “Save Us,” like officially released single “New,” are undeniably hooky pop gems that find McCartney writing and performing at the top of his game. Take a listen now and let us know what you think.
