As you might already know, Rock Square is getting into the habit of giving things away. Last month, one lucky guy snagged a killer Epiphone SG Special after joining the Rock Square Community.

We followed up our guitar giveaway with this month’s turntable contest. New members and Rock Square vets alike entered to win the Rega RP1, which Sound and Vision described as “a clear and fast-sounding [turntable] that serves the music to you straight without waffling.” This sleek machine retails at $445, so you know it’s not messing around with sound.

Anyway, that’s the back story. Now here’s the good part: we have a winner! So, without further ado, the proud new owner of a Rega RP1 Turntable hails from Canada and is.....

Whew. That felt good. Rock Square is really enjoying this whole giving stuff away thing. So we’ll be doing this again in November. And since the Epiphone SG Special giveaway from September was so popular, we decided to bring that beautiful axe back.
